Dear,

in the organization of the mentioned Associations and Forums, we invite you to a round table on the topic of responsibility of health professionals in their daily work. There are a number of legal areas and potential legal responsibilities in the practice of each healthcare professional; from criminal, financial, misdemeanor – labor, civil and disciplinary. With the aim of improving the patient we are treating and caring for, this aspect is sometimes neglected by healthcare professionals in their daily work, and many are not well informed. This round table was organized for these reasons and is an opportunity to hear the latest and current information on this topic from informed and qualified participants in one place.

“MUSKELS brings happiness” aims to clearly inform health professionals where the limits of responsibility are in their daily work and thus contribute to the strengthening of “active medicine” which will result in the most effective health service. On the other hand, lack of information about our legal responsibility participates in tracing the so-called “defensive medicine” into our daily lives with the consequence of creating high costs for the entire system.
